The Fédération québécoise des organismes communautaires Famille (FQOCF) represents, supports and aims to promote the influence and professional development of more than 245 member organizations, and also promote their unique expertise in accompanying parents, who are the primary educators of their children. Through their actions, students from University of Montréal, Polytechnique Montréal and HEC Montréal no longer have to choose between studying and eating. You can get a free food basket every week. Association Cigogne pour parents-étudiants

The Association Cigogne is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help student parents at CÉGEPs and universities strike a balance between their studies and their roles as parents. The Association offers a warm welcoming space to student parents, so they can get together and share perspectives on their daily reality. Association Cigogne is more than a place to get together: it offers listening, support and activities meeting the needs of student parents and their families.

Baobab familial

Baobab Familial offers services and activities with a view to supporting families in their daily lives, strengthing their parenting skills and family well-being as well as the self-esteem of each family member. Most families in Côte-des-Neiges are from immigrant backgrounds. That’s why our activities seek to help families integrate in Quebec, strengthening their sense of belonging here. Above all, our services seek to create a bond of trust in order to make a difference when it’s most needed.

Association des parents de Côte-des-Neiges

The mission of the Côte-des-Neiges Parents’ Association (in french) is to offer parents of young children aged 0-5 years, and more particularly families recently arrived in Québec, the opportunity to pool ideas and create projects meeting needs such as mutual aid and friendly support, reception and referral, information and training, and the loan of toys.
